You should first get accredited and then register. To get the accreditation form, visit https://14wctoh.org/ and click on the Media button and then click on the Media Accreditation button. Once your Conference accreditation is granted by the 14th WCTOH organisers and Bridgeway – the PR Agency, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a link to register for the Conference via the web. This will take 15 days from the date of submission.

How will I be notified that my registration is confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation after registering on the website - 14wctoh.org within 15 days from the date of submission. This email will contain a confirmation registration code with a link to register for the Conference via the web.

Do the media pay for registration?

The registration fee will not be charged for accredited media persons. But please make sure you have applied for accreditation as explained above.

Will accommodation for media be provided in Mumbai?

Media will have to make their own arrangements for lodging and travel. For the convenience of Conference participants, rooms have been blocked in different hotels in Mumbai. You may book your room in one of these hotels by clicking the ‘hotels & excursions’ button online.

Can I register at the Conference venue?

Yes, you may register for the Conference at the onsite media registration desk available at the venue. However it is recommended that you register online so that you save time by processing your registration in advance.

When do I receive my Conference badge?

The Conference organisers will not mail the Conference badge. You will receive your Conference badge at the media registration desk set up at the Conference venue.
