Meeting Request Form - for Ancillary & Pre/Post Conference meetings
 
If your organization wishes to host an Ancillary or Pre/Post Conference meeting during the 14th WCTOH, you may book space during non-conference hours using the form below.

The main venue will be available for events from 6th March 2009 to 12th March 2009. Spaces are available on first come first serve basis. We encourage you to send in your requests at the earliest to ensure availability of space.

If you plan multiple events then submit a request for each event separately. All requests for meeting space must be submitted not later than September 30, 2008. All requests will be given a final disposition by December 15, 2008. Your meeting request will be reviewed and you will be notified of the details after it is approved.

Groups requesting meeting space are responsible for all costs associated with the meeting. They are required to pay the Secretariat directly for the facility. Any extra costs incurred will be the responsibility of the applicant-group.

Cancellation Policy:
 
From the date of payment receipt issued till 15th December, 2008: 30% of total amount charged
Between 16th December, 2008 and 15th January, 2009: 50% of total amount charged
After 15th January, 2009: 100% of total amount charged
