Subsidized Registration
 
The conference has introduced subsidized registration for genuinely needy candidates from low or low-middle income countries who could not afford the registration fee.

Applicants for subsidized registration should not register via the normal on-line website process. Instead they should download, fill and sign the application letter & form (scanned or digitized signature is acceptable).

The filled declaration form should be emailed to

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for subsidized registration, you must:
  • be a citizen of a low or low-middle income country. (To check if yours is a low or low-middle income country, please download the World Bank Country Classification list by clicking the button below.)
  • live and work in that country
  • pay your share of the registration fee personally, without financial support from any office, institution, sponsoring or aid agency. The maximum subsidy granted would be of INR 10,000 on Regular Registration Fee.
  • write one paragraph (max 200 words) on your current job and previous work for tobacco control.
  • provide the name, institution, address, email address and phone number of two prominent persons working in tobacco control who know you.
